Summer in the Allgäu is all about blossoming mountain meadows, blue skies and numerous sporting challenges. Experience the scent of fresh mountain herbs while climbing one of the surrounding peaks. On an extensive bike tour along the Iller, listen to the rippling water on its way out of the mountains. Active in winter
White snowy landscapes dominate the winter in the Allgäu. From the valley to the highest peaks, the Allgäu lies under a thick layer of snow. Where hikers were still out and about in summer, skiers, tourers and cross-country skiers can be found in winter. For skiing, there are countless slopes from the Stineser lift, directly at the foot of our hotel, to the large ski areas on the Fellhorn or Nebelhorn. Cross-country skiers will find perfectly groomed trails for every level of difficulty all over the valley.
